As
we look back on a summer full of fantastic weather, we at Serenity Pools would like to take the opportunity to thank all of
our wonderful customers whom we have had the pleasure of working with again this year, as well as extending a warm welcome
to all of the new customers who have joined us this season.
Another summer seems to have passed us by in the blink of an eye. School is under way and the camping and cottage equipment is being
put away for another year. Some
of you have already begun closing up your pool for the winter. For others that have hopes of a bit more
great weather to come or have just been too busy to even think about it; please have a look at your calendars and give us a call at the office or drop us a note using
our 'Email our Office' link, and we will be happy to schedule in your Pool Closing.
For those in need of a new cover this winter, we strongly urge you to take a moment to look over
the information provided on our "Safety First" page and call to discuss the wonderful benefits of a Safety
Cover with Mike.
Safety is
always on our minds here. As the weather cools and we are not using the pool as often, our guard gets let down
some while enjoying the other features of our backyards. Please take extra care around the pool with children, the elderly and people with special
needs. It only takes a moment for an accident to happen. Be sure gates are locked when the pool is not in use,
consider personal alarms for children and pets, as well as chimes for doors leading out to the pool area.

Thinking
of finally landscaping your back or even front yard and putting in that new pool you've been dreaming of?
2012 would be the perfect time to finally make that dream a reality;

POOL SAFETY
We at Serenity Pools take safety very seriously, and
are extreemly proud to be a southern Ontario distributer of a wonderful product called "Safety Turtle" As parents
and owners of pets (that are like children to us!) we all can relate to the horror and fear that comes with the thought of
someone falling into the pool in that few seconds you turn your head. The Safety Turtle is a personal alarm, approx. 1"X1"
attached to a locking wristband for children or a collar attachment for pets. The base plugs into an outlet in your home,
and instantly sounds with a loud alarm, when the 'turtle' is immersed in water. We not only proudly carry and endorse this
product, but use it with our own family!
